DEBIAN NATIVE ATI FGLRX DRIVER + CONTROL CENTER + HARDWARE ACCEL

  • add contrib, non-free to your source-list + update
  • sudo aptitude -r install linux-headers-$(uname -r|sed ‘s,[^-]*-[^-]*-,,’) fglrx-driver fglrx-control xvba-va-driver
  • sudo aticonfig –initial

reboot.

If you’re running dual monitors.. install arandr, set those up.
sudo amdcccle to run control center (overscan? YAY)
